John Fluevog, the man behind John Fluevog Shoes, first started a shoe company in 1970 with Peter Fox, known as Fox and Fluevog. The partnership lasted for over a decade, after which the two split amicably and John opened the first John Fluevog Shoe store in Vancouver.
The company has been working on finding ways to reduce its carbon footprint without compromising on performance, quality, or style. It also does a lot of charitable work, for example, in 2022, 100% of the profits made from the sale of the Pride Scarf were donated to Marsha P.Johnson Institute.
John Fluevog shoes can be purchased from the companyβs website or one of their brick-and-mortar stores. You can find a list of John Fluevog stores here.
