Toronto’s RAGU Scratch Pasta is a Canadian, family owned and operated business that makes handmade pasta, sauces and other delectable dishes. The company was established by Jason Barato, a Michelin trained chef who developed his love of food through his family and travel. Jason’s mother is a chef and his father is a sommelier so it makes sense that he would love to cook too. In fact, he has been working in the industry for more than 30 years and along the way he has developed recipes that he serves at his shop now.

Jason makes family style Italian food including a delicious array of pastas for takeout and delivery. They offer their pastas with their own homemade tasty sauces. Some of the dishes you can purchase are GIGI: rigatoni with spicy sauce, Tipsy Monk: fusilli pasta with a tomato vodka sauce and POTUS 44: tagliatelle with a chicken pesto sauce.
