The Brick is a Canadian company that was founded in 1971. The umbrella group of companies is called The Brick Group and is made up of the following names: The Brick, The Brick Mattress Store, The Brick Super Store and The Brick Outlet. The company has its headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta and they currently operate more than 209 stores.

The Brick was founded by the Comrie brothers with a single store called The Brick Warehouse in downtown Edmonton.
