Kind Ice Cream is a neighbourhood ice cream shop founded in 2019 by Paula Shyba, Nicole Bhar, and Candyce Morris in Edmonton. The trio’s vision was to create a welcoming, community-focused space where people could gather, make memories, and enjoy great-tasting ice cream. Since opening their first location in Ritchie, Kind Ice Cream has expanded to include shops in the Highlands and Wîhkwêntôwin neighbourhoods.

They have a chef-driven approach which ensures that every flavour is carefully crafted using high-quality ingredients. Their dairy ice cream is made the traditional way, with just five simple ingredients, and they have also developed a dairy-free alternative that maintains the same creamy texture.
