Elias Honey was founded in 1972 in Prince George, British Columbia. However, the company’s story began decades earlier when Dietrich Elias, displaced by the Second World War, received a package containing honey from Canada. This sparked a lifelong appreciation for honey and led Dietrich to establish Elias Apiaries.
