Hillberg & Berk was founded by Rachel Mielke 16 years ago. What started at her kitchen table has grown to 15 retail stores across Canada. Today, the company is worth an estimated $15 million and employs around 150 members of staff. 95% of the staff and 88% of the leadership team identify either as women or non-binary.

Around 80% of H&B’s products are manufactured in Regina using materials that have been imported from across the world. H%B products come with a one-year warranty and the company offers a loyalty programme.

Supporting women is important to H&B and 20% of annual profit is donated in cash and products to causes that uplift and celebrate women. Since the beginning, the company has channeled over 10 million dollars for causes helping women to succeed.
