Harvest Meats has had several names since the early 1900s, when Alexander Propp started making sausages in Rhein, Saskatchewan. Though Harvest meats didn’t properly open until 1954, you can trace the company’s lineage all the way back to Propp and the family recipes that he wanted to share with his neighbors. Today, it’s a fourth-generation company that has expanded to meet extraordinary demand.
