Nanuk is a Canadian line of protective cases and takes its name from polar bears that have adapted to thrive in unforgiving landscapes. It is part of a company that was established in 1984. When the company started, it operated under the name Resentel Ltd. and manufactured plastic cases.
When the company’s ownership was restructured a few years later, the company re-emerged with a clearer mission: to design, engineer, and produce the highest-quality injection molded cases. As the company’s reputation grew, the demand for waterproof, robust cases became evident and the Nanuk line of indestructible, waterproof cases was created.
