In 2023, Shaun MacDougall decided to share his family tradition of drinking chaga tea with his community. He started blending these Nova Scotia-harvested mushrooms with homegrown and locally sourced ingredients. Over the last two years, he has expanded his products to making teas and coffees infused with Canada’s best functional mushrooms for optimal benefits. He is now working on building a production facility in order to keep up with the demands of this fast-growing business so that all Canadian’s can start their days with mushroom-infused beverages so that they are able to ‘Brew like a Champignon’. Our products are found online, at local farmers markets, and in stores across Nova Scotia.
