Atlantic Mustard Mill started as a honey company, but they have been making German gourmet mustards since 2018. The owners, Sabine and Michael Schoenknecht, came to Canada from Germany to start their homestead on Prince Edward Island. Their honey background informed the way they make some of their mustards. Some of their options are made with honey, which makes them a unique choice.

You can shop online or at various retail stores and farmer’s markets around Murray Harbour North. They make award-winning mustards, mustard BBQ sauces, mustard salad dressings, chutneys and pickles with mustard as well as and glazed almonds and diabetic jam.
