Canadian owned and operated, Flourish Kitchen is a small company that produces good, nutritious food for people on the go. The owners of the company are Kate and Kevin who are avid travellers with busy lifestyles. Their challenge was that when they traveled, they often struggled to find satisfying food that was healthy and also helped them to maintain their FoodMap diet. 

They did not want to sacrifice their lifestyle and love of travel because of any possible dietary limitations so they decided to develop their own meals. This led to the creation of their line up of delicious Flourish freeze dried meals which you can purchase through their website.
