Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is a manufacturing, wholesaling, administrative, and marketing cooperative that began almost one hundred years ago in 1928. The FCL started in Saskatchewan and Manitoba and has since become firmly established across Canada from Vancouver Island to the Arctic shores.

Today, over 160 local cooperative associations are part of the FCL serving over 600 communities. There are over two million active members and more than 23,500 employees. Since its early days, the FCL has been investing in and supporting the communities they are part of and using the co-operative’s profits to develop economic activity and jobs in their communities.
