Hardbite Potato Chips started in British Columbia making all-natural chips by hand. The founders wanted to make chips without artificial flavours and preservatives that were just as tasty as chips by major brands. They experimented with cooking the chips just long enough to give them a satisfying crunch and then worked on getting the taste profile just right.
Hardbite uses only the highest quality potatoes from local farmers and only natural ingredients go into their chips. Since the early days, Hardbite has grown and extended its product lines. The products now include chips made from vegetables and chips cooked with avocado oil.
