Liberté is a Canadian-founded dairy brand that creates yogurt and kefir in several varieties. This company was born in Canada, but is no longer Canadian-owned. However, it is owned by Sodiaal, a French dairy company that heads many brands worldwide. Started in Montreal in 1936, Liberté has never stopped in its commitment to providing the best product possible, from quality to creativity. 

There are several varieties of Liberté yogurt available at retail stores across Canada. They make Classic yogurt, Greek yogurt, an Organic version, and a Méditerranée line in addition to their kefir. Their products are still manufactured in Quebec.
