Java Club is a Canadian brand of coffee that is roasted by Canterbury Coffee. Canterbury is a Canadian roasting company that was founded in 1981 – their headquarters is in Victoria, BC. Canterbury roasts its coffee brands, including Java Club, in BC. Java Club coffee is created from high altitude, shade grown coffee beans that are grown in Columbia. The coffee beans are Arabica and are hand-picked at family farms in Columbia.

The beans are then shipped to British Columbia where they are carefully roasted by Canterbury Coffee. Canterbury uses a variety of equipment to produce the distinctive flavours and aromas that they are known for.
