Kicking Horse has been making coffee since 1996 in Invermere, British Columbia. Their coffee is still made in its original location despite the company having been bought by the Italian company Lavazza in 2018 to support Kicking Horse’s growth around the world.
Coffee beans used to make Kicking Horse coffee are 100% certified fairtrade and organic Arabica beans. The company has been named as one of the best places to work in Canada since 2015.
Kicking Horse makes a range of ground and whole bean options to suit different tastes. People visiting the Canadian Rocky Mountains can also visit the Kicking Horse Cafe located in Invermere.
