French’s is an American brand of condiments including mustard, ketchup, and fried onions. The company has a ketchup facility in Canada.

French’s was started by the French brothers and the first mustard debuted in 1904 at the St. Louis World Fair. By 1921, the company had adopted its trademark pennant for French’s Mustard and was advertising it to the general public.

Over its 120-year history, French’s has changed hands several times. It is now owned by McCormick & Company, which is an American company. It has operations in 170 countries, employs over 13,000 people, and generates $6.66 billion in annual sales.
