Larch Wood began in 2003 with a small group of craftsmen in Nova Scotia. They sought to create high-quality end grain cutting boards as an alternative to cheaper options available by larger stores. Their prototypes were used by local chefs for six months as a proof of concept before they started selling them to the public.

Now, they offer custom-made countertops, a variety of different cutting boards, knives, and accessories. Their classic boards come in three different sizes, and there are a variety of options to enhance your kitchen. This even includes carving boards and serving boards produced from high-quality wood and expert craftsmanship.
