Don’Ya Ukraine’s Kitchen is a Canadian company that is Canada’s first Ukrainian restaurant entirely run by newcomers who have fled the war in the Ukraine. They are located in Edmonton, AB and are a remarkable story of resilience, hope and tradition. They are an inspiring company that really struck a chord with people – in their first 30 hours of operation they generated more than $30,000 in revenue! Their customers realized that not only were they getting delicious, homemade delicacies, they were also enabling a group of newcomers to settle in Canada.

In June 2023, with the support of businessman Scott Kelly, they opened their Kitchen. Janice Krissa and Jorgia Moore are the co-founders of the company and they have a talented and creative team that they work with to produce their delicious food. There are a few different ways to enjoy their cuisine: dine in at their restaurant, take it out, try their catering and purchase their products at your grocery store.
