The Cotton Candy Shoppe is a gourmet cotton candy shop based in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The company started out at farmers markets and music festivals. Back then, they made only a few different flavours of cotton candy. As they grew in popularity, they scaled their production to create over 130 unique cotton candy flavours. While they make standard cotton candy as well, some of their unique flavours really stand out – for example, they make bacon cotton candy, birthday cake cotton candy, peach and rum cotton candy, and an apple cinnamon cotton candy.
