Coldstream Clear is a Canadian distillery and brewery. The company was founded in 2015 with the goal to produce great tasting beverages to share with the community. The founder, Riley, became passionate about science and the art of distilling already in university.
When Riley started Coldstream, the goal was to produce 1,500 bottles of spirits in the first year. Today, the company produces not just spirits, but also liquers, iced teas, lemonades, vodka and gin sodas, and beers. The Coldstream Lime Vodka Soda was the first canned Coldstream product to hit the shops in Nova Scotia. In 2023, the company released its first lager and light beer.
