Stubbe Chocolates is a Canadian company, established in the country in 1989, that has two locations in Ontario in Toronto and Ottawa. They are an artisan chocolate and pastry making business that is owned and operated by the Stubbe family. The family started out making chocolates and pastries in 1845 in Meppen, Germany and the sixth generation is now engaged in hand making gourmet treasures.

Stubbe Chocolates is always innovating and trying new flavours and combinations. In 2018 Daniel Stubbe introduced lines of chocolate called Verliebt – a dark chocolate that means ‘in love’ in German and Verspielt – a milk chocolate whose name means ‘playful’ in German. The company handcrafts premium bonbons, truffles, chocolates, barks and chocolate bars in a dizzying range of flavours, colors and sizes.
