The Great Canadian Sox Company is a Canadian-owned, family-operated business. The company was established in 1934 and its history is tied to the Canadian logging industry. In 1988, the company was bought by brothers Sunil and Bipin Khimasia who have a strong background in the textile business.
Today, the company manufactures custom private label socks as well as their house brands Vagden and J.B. Field’s. The company has a strong online presence led by Suni’s son Sid. Since 2015, Sunil’s daughter Priyanka has also been a part of the family business and she has been in charge of opening the company’s physical retail stores.
